- Founding member, Women in Surgery Africa (WiSA) (2016) — mentoring programme for female surgical trainees in sub-Saharan Africa through the RCSI–COSECSA collaboration; 500+ specialist surgeons trained.
- Foundation Faculty President, TCD School of Medicine AWS Student Chapter — established the inaugural Association of Women Surgeons chapter at TCD, delivering surgical skills training and coaching for female medical students.
