The National Inpatient Experience Survey results were launched by the Minister for Health on 25th November.
We are delighted that for the second year running RVEEH was ranked top of the ratings nationally. RVEEH’s overall satisfaction rating from patients who responded to the Survey was 100% (82% “very good” and 18% “good”). This is a great outcome and a reflection of the commitment to quality of care and patient safety in RVEEH.
