Anterior Segment Photography of Posterior Capsule Opacification (PCO), often referred to as secondary cataract, is a common postoperative complication after removal of cataracts. The posterior capsule undergoes secondary opacification due to migration, proliferation, and differentiation of lens epithelial cells. It can cause blurry vision, glare, and halos.
