Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the following post:
Grade VI, Scheduled Care
Patient Services Department
Full Time 37 hours per week
Qualifications
Essential As per Department of Health criteria
Desirable ECDL
Experience/Knowledge
• Experience in the management of scheduled care in the Acute Sector
• Experience of operational planning to administer, manage and deliver a complex service
• Experience of implementing and managing complex change and / or quality improvement projects in a healthcare environment
• Experience of working with multidisciplinary teams and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Experience of data management including data collection, management, analysis and the preparation and presentation of reports
• Experience of planning and managing performance and delivering results within a complex multi stakeholder environment
• Knowledge of NTPF service delivery requirements
Other Personal Attributes Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a high capacity for responsibility and be capable of working on own initiative as well as in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, flexible and adaptable individual with the ability to work as part of a team. Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills are required for the posts. Understands and displays the core values and ethos of the RVEEH.
