Locum Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon

Job Description

With a Special interest in medical ophthalmology
(Maternity Leave Locum)
RVEEH 39 hours per week

This is an appointment to the Ireland East Hospitals Group on a Type B basis under the Consultants’ Contract 2008 (as per standard text issued by the HSE) by the Health Service Executive.

The following qualifications shall apply to this appointment:

Professional Qualifications:

• (a) Registration as a specialist in the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland in the specialty of ophthalmic surgery
  and
• (b) One year certified postgraduate training in medical ophthalmology.
