Job Description

(Special interest Medical Ophthalmology) Part-time 0.50 WTE

This is a part-time appointment on a Type B basis under the Consultants’ Contract 2008 (as of 8th December 2014) by the Royal Victoria Eye and Ear Hospital (19.5 hours per week). The following qualifications shall apply to this appointment:

Registration as a specialist in the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland in the specialty of ophthalmic surgery And
One year certified postgraduate training in medical ophthalmology

Candidates should submit a full Curriculum Vitae (five copies unbound) with a cover letter nominating three named referees (one of which should be current) and evidence of IMC Registration (for Posts 1 and 2) to the Director of Human Resources, Royal Victoria Eye and Ear Hospital, Adelaide Road, Dublin 2 to arrive not later than: Friday, 12th April 2019.
