CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER 2 (1.0 WTE) OPHTHALMIC THEATRE

Job Description

Currently registered or eligible for registration as a Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
Minimum of five year’s post-registration experience
Two year’s Ophthalmic Theatre experience
Ability to lead a nursing team and initiate change
Evidence of leadership at ward/unit level
Recognized management course or a commitment to undertake same
Excellent interpersonal skills
Commitment to continuous quality improvement in the healthcare setting
Proficiency in commonly used IT applications e.g. Word©, Excel© as well as EMR systems.
