Emergency Department

1.0 WTE/ 37.5 Hours Per Week
Monday – Friday 08.00-16.00 hours

Requirements

• Be registered/eligible for registration on the general division of the Register of Nurses maintained by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
• Post graduate diploma in Ophthalmic Nursing
• Five years post registration experience, which must include 2 years in ophthalmic nursing in the Emergency Department
• Evidence of continuing professional development
• Experience in audit and research
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in commonly used IT applications e.g., Excel® Medisight®
