Job Description

Grade II Part-time, 20 hours per week
2 year Fixed-term Contract

A candidate must, on the latest date for receiving completed applications for the post:

  • Have obtained a Professional Cookery award at minimum Level 6 on National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) or equivalent maintained by the Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) or obtained an equivalent qualification
  • Or be currently employed as a Chef in the Irish Health Service
  • And must possess the requisite knowledge and ability, including a high standard of suitability and Professional ability, for the proper discharge of the duties of the office
