Locum Clinical Photographer

Job Description

(Specified Purpose Contract)

The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team, promote and develop best patient care in the area of Clinical Photography in conjunction with the Senior Clinical Photographer and Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon.

Qualifications/Skills Required:

• Third level qualification in Photography or Clinical Photography
• Possess a general knowledge of Ophthalmic Clinical Photography
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Have excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Ophthalmic databases like Imagenet, and Integra would be advantageous
• Hold sufficient IT skills and be proficient in use of computers
• To possess a pleasant attire and manner with an awareness/sensitivity towards patient needs
• Possess a high standard of professional attainment and be of good character
