Results of the National Patient Experience Survey 2017

The Royal Victoria Eye and Ear Hospital achieved a 93% overall Patient Satisfaction Rating in the recently published National Patient Experience Survey. This survey was the first of its kind held in Ireland. It involved surveying patients who had spent at least 24 hours in the hospital on a date in May 2017. The result was among the highest achieved in all hospitals in the survey. This result reflects the commitment of all staff to service quality and patient safety.
